Key Public Amenities

Carpenter Park 

  • Town square event space, shade structures, oak tree decking, and seating 

  • Children’s play structure, splash pad, and interactive play equipment within the public park area. 

  • Pedestrian pathways, internal streets, rideshare access, and hotel valet/drop-off areas. 

New Community Benefits 

  • Public market planned as a food hall and small-business showcase within the downtown civic core. 

  • Multi-use venue flexibly programmed for events such as stand-up comedy, jazz, children’s reading hour, e-sports gaming, and auxiliary rehearsal space. 

  • Library outpost envisioned as a civic-serving library presence within the adaptive reuse of City Hall. 

  • Business incubation center in partnership with California Lutheran University and Hub 101, fostering entrepreneurship and local business development.
